SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fillerina Australia offers FREE delivery to all addresses in Australia ONLY.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2-10 Business days depending on your location.
Please arrange for delivery to a work address or a trusted person who is home during business hours.
Deliveries require signature and therefore we cannot deliver to PO boxes. A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please test any skincare product you purchase on a small area inside your wrist prior to using from testers. Skin sensitivities vary from person to person. Fillerina Australia cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and therefore cannot be held responsible should any occur – for this reason we do not offer refunds on our products.
For items that arrive damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days to email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a refund.
Only items purchased on the Fillerina Australia website can be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Items purchased in a store must be returned to the original point of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns nor refund used or opened items. For items you would like exchanged for any other reason but for shipping damage, the postage cost associated in returning the items to Fillerina Australia and redelivering the exchanged items to you are at your expense. Items damaged through shipping will be exchanged at our cost.
